Where is Fox 25 Storage located?
fox25storage is located at 5N160 Rt 25, St. Charles, IL 60174.
When can I access my parking space?
All tenants have access from sun up to sundown.
Am I required to store long-term?
We have a 3-month minimum rental period to start. Our $50 deposit is refundable if you store for 3-months or longer.
When can I move into my parking space?
If your parking space is available you may move in anytime during access hours.
What type of parking do you offer?
We offer outdoor parking for boats, RVs, cars, trailers, and other vehicles.
Will my vehicle be safe at Fox25 Storage?
Your vehicle will always be safe at fox25storage. Our facility is fully fenced and gated with keypad access. In addition, we’ve invested in video cameras to help us monitor the facility 24/7.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also sign up for autopay and your monthly bill will be deducted from your credit card, checking, or savings account.
What documentation do I need to rent a parking space?
You must have a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
How do I access my parking space?
Once you sign a lease, you’ll be given a personal gate code. Enter that code into the gate keypad to access your parking space.
